TECHNIQUE: Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm

FEES: 2024-2025 - Yearly Fee - $648, Monthly Fee - $72 (Sept-May) - $160 costume fee, Due Oct 2, Non Refundable. Subject to change for 2025-2026 dance year

COMPETITIONS: Please put these dates on your calendar, we really need all dancers to compete. Utah Classic (Layton, UT)- February 20-21, 2026 Skyridge Classic (Lehi, UT) - March 27-28, 2026 Gem State Classic (Idaho Falls, ID) - April 16-18, 2026

Expectations:

  • Youth Silver Team is our second top team. They will learn dance routines and technique that will highlight their current abilities and encourage team members to continually improve their skill level.

  • Each Youth Silver Team dancer is required to compete in team events at the Synergy, Utah Classic, and Gem State National competitions.

  • Each dancer is required to compete in a Syllabus (individual couples event) at either Utah Classic or Gem State. They can do more if they desire.

  • If a dancer decides to compete in the Open Category, dancer will need to take private lessons. It is also highly encouraged to continue private lessons even after they have learned their open routines to better their ballroom dance skills and technique.

  • Youth Silver Team members are required to participate in team choreography bootcamp.

  • Youth Silver Team members should be good examples to all other CVB dancers and teams in being committed and punctual to all events throughout the year.

  • Drug and alcohol use is strictly forbidden while on any CVB team.

  • Each Youth Silver Team Member should have fun and make our teams enjoyable!

    We expect that you will be kind, supportive, and inclusive to all CVB dancers.

  • We love teaching you and want you to remember this time as an uplifting and influential part of your life! You are part of giving this same experience to all other competition teams and their members!
