Code of Conduct:

 ● We are committed to fostering an environment of respect and discipline, where all participants will actively listen to and show the utmost respect to coaches at all times. This includes attentively following their guidance, valuing their expertise, and maintains a positive and cooperative attitude in every interaction.

 ● We believe in maintaining a positive and respectful environment, so if any issues arise with another individual, we are committed to addressing them appropriately by bringing the matter directly to a coach or director rather than confronting the individual involved. This approach promotes constructive resolution, ensures fairness, and upholds the integrity of our club.

 ● Respect every partner - your attitude matters mor than your skill level.

 ● Show up on time and come ready to learn.

 ● Lift others up, never tear them down.

 ● Keep a positive attitude, even when you’re struggling 

 ● No PDA on premises - keep it professional 

 ● Represent our team with class at completions and in public.

 ● Safety First - communicate clearly.

 ● Anyone found damaging or destroying club property will be responsible for paying for the damages

  • We will treat each student with care, respect, and understanding, and we expect our students to treat each other and their coaches in the same way. We do not tolerate disrespect from our students or their parents. As a part of the CVB family, we want everyone to uplift and help each other succeed.

  • CVB will provide each student with as many opportunities as we can to help individuals improve their dancing abilities and build their self-confidence. We hope that each and every one of our students will take advantage of all guest coaches and workshops that are brought in to help them.

  • We hope that being a part of Cache Valley Ballroom will be a very enjoyable and rewarding experience for all our students, and we hope that they will learn valuable life lessons such as responsibility, teamwork, the importance of a good attitude, and so forth, while they are a part of our program.

  • We look forward to embracing what each CVB dancer will bring to our program.
